Hello, As you said, our front desk is close between 11:00pm and 6:30am but, we have a night entrance that our guest can use to come in and out anytime. If the check in is after hours, we have a protocol, so our Guest can always get their room card.
Currently, there are no hygiene regulations for overnight stays in hotels in Germany. However, new regulations may come into force at short notice. We recommend that you always have your vaccination card with you and wear a mask in public areas.
Yes of course, you can leave the stroller outside the apartment on the first floor. If you need help do not hesitate to conctact our front desk!
